Very nice home with plenty of things to do. Only issue we had is the internet was not up to par to use the smart TVs. Host tried to remedy it but unfortunately the fix was temporary. Not sure if it’s a speed issue or something else. Besides not having TV to watch the house and location worked well for us.

Jane was a fantastic host. Her place was neat, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. Matched the description and pictures. I’ve already been saying that I want to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with so many activities just minutes away, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The house itself was incredibly well-equipped, very clean, and spacious—everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The host Jane was excellent—friendly, responsive, and quick to address any questions we had. Overall, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

This house is a absolute gem! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are so comfortable feels like you’re on a cloud and no I’m not exaggerating. Jane was an amazing host and responded quickly I recommend you stay here! I will be coming back : )

The place is really spacious and a lot of activities but you can’t play music outside even during the day and can’t be in the jacuzzi past 10. The heater didn’t work the first night but she made accommodations for us and pac man machine wasn’t working during our stay but overall we enjoyed our experience and would love to come back some time.

The home has a great location, comfortable bedrooms, and enjoyable on-site activities. The only drawback was the noise level monitor, which indicated elevated noise while we were reportedly outdoors and loud; however, we were inside the home and speaking at normal indoor volume. This home was beautiful and inviting, it had a great area for the kiddos and the adults. I was nice having a family dinner with plenty of seating. The only thing that was frustrating was not being able to get the hot tub working, I was really looking forward to it. With all that said, I would totally stay here again.

I really loved our stay here. My daughter, two grandsons, & myself chose this over a hotel. It is absolutely perfect for a family (or multiple families) with kiddos who need to have spaces to relax and enjoy after a busy day. My two grandsons had a most amazing time in the pool, the spa, and all the toys. They have a very safe environment & I had to reach out to Jane for a few things, some because we just wanted to be sure about items and some things where grandkids pushed buttons that they shouldn’t have 🤪, she was always amazingly responsive. Highly recommend.

The location of the house is great for visiting in the quaint Atascadero town, and also driving to SLO, Avila Beach, and Morro Bay.

The house was great. Very nice and very clean. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved how close Atascadero was to all the different wonderful SLO county attractions.

This home's location is nicely tucked away in a peaceful residential area and close to shopping within a couple of miles away. The shopping and restaurants in the area are great. This was a perfect location for a large family gathering celebrating a Cal Poly grad. We were happy to be out of SLO but close enough. We found catering nearby and had flexible sleeping accommodations for couples and singles. Plus a hangout room for the young adults when the others went to bed. The kitchen and amenities were just what we needed.

We came as a large group, and had plenty of room. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We stayed with a group of friends and had an amazing time. Jane is a very responsive and proactive host. There were some minor hiccups with the whirlpool and she quickly sent someone to take a look and fix it so we could enjoy it. Very clean, comfortable and great location. Thanks Jane!

The house itself was decent, although more dated than the photos suggest. The rooms were all very clean and tidy. the outside was in need of significant clean up That said, we visited in the winter so I assume the outdoor area would be cleaned up and the hot tub cover repaired before summer visitors arrive. The location is great with the beach and wine country within driving distance. The highlight was the communication with the host. She was lightening fast when responding to my questions and very helpful and considerate. The only thing we felt a little uncomfortable with was the booking process. After paying, I was asked to provide a photo of myself holding a drivers license and the credit card I used for booking. So just beware you will be asked to do that.

We had a lovely stay at the house with extended family. The home has a great layout for a couple of generations staying together. The kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the towels, bed linens, and toiletries were high quality. The home was very well thought through for the comfort of guests. Jane and Belle were very responsive.

The rules and policies were somewhat excessive, be prepared to sign an agreement, acknowledging $250.00 penalty for any guests not adhering to any of the rules. Also, using pool will cost $250/day if heating is needed.

this place was great. clean and spotless when we arrived. Great place if you have kids, the pool was awesome and best it had the protective gate with younger ones which was a great addition for what i wanted especially with a pool and hot tub.

We were even visited every night by a couple of deer up on the hill. We especially loved using the pool and spa everyday, since temps were over 100 while we were there. This will most definitely be our go to place anytime we visit the area.

Our family gets together every summer somewhere near SLO (approx halfway from those of us in LA and SF). We’ve stayed in a lot of different homes from SLO to Paso Robles and this one was definitely near the top of our lists. Jane and her team were clearly experienced professionals running a well put together vacation home. The quiet neighborhood location was great for our family, as we prefer to stay in and visit. The pool was a HUGE plus, it kept the kids busy all weekend. Pet-friendly is a must for our group and this house definitely was. Overall it was a great experience and we were all very happy with our stay.

Jane’s place was perfect for our 4th of July weekend wine tasting in Paso Robles. Her place provided all necessary amenities and Jane was very communicative throughout our stay.

Had a lovely stay at Jane’s place for the 4th of July week. We had a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids, ages 6, 6, 4, and 1). There was enough space for all of us and it was nice to have the rec room for the grownups to hang out in after the kiddos went to bed. The master bedroom was perfect for us with our toddler because he could sleep in the connecting bonus room and not disturb everyone else if he cried. The mattresses were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in an Airbnb. The pool is larger than expected but there were quite a few bugs in the water, which is understandable since the house is in a pretty wooded area. We told Jane and she sent a pool guy the next day to clean it. Other than that the stay was very smooth and comfortable! Thanks Jane!

Great stay with my family! Lots of space indoors and outdoors to hang out. Local lake and park/zoo within walking distance was an added bonus. Something for everyone and very close drive to SLO, Morro Bay, etc

Jane's home was super clean and had exactly what the listing reflected. There was all sorts of amenities provided by the host, toothbrush, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner etc. Jane's communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. We were a family of 10...all ages...and everyone loved the home. There was plenty of room...we were sipping coffee in the yard when a deer was spotted on the back hill. The hot tub was a hit for my 5 grandkids and the extra room off the kitchen was perfect to accommodate board game players and TV watchers. The fact that everything was labeled made it extra easy to locate items. And the added touch of hygiene products came in handy...I definitely recommend this home...Jane was an awesome host and we are already trying to rebook!

Super comfortable and also incredibly clean — you could just feel that well-cleaned difference! Felt like we were home for the night. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool and hot tub, but they looked beautiful and well kept. Highly recommend this cozy stay and will be back!

Jane was a great host! Very communicative and accommodating. We had a month-long stay in this home while our own home was renovated after a flood. The house is very spacious, beds comfortable, and kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could need. The home is older and definitely has some quirks, but overall it was a pleasant stay. We didn’t love the location, Atascadero is a little more rural than we typically prefer, but there are a few great restaurants and bars a short drive away in downtown. Make sure to read all the house rules…the no music (at any level) outdoors could be a bummer for some groups.

Jane is very friendly, her home is quiet, spacious, and well organized with labels on each drawer, so we could easily find what we needed during our stay. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and many spare bath towels. Thank you!

Jane was very accommodating and responsive. We are a family of 9 and the house was bigger than what we expected. We had a brilliant time at this place. We are definitely coming back again!

My family and I had an amazing time at her place. Everything was well organized with clear instructions everywhere. The place is super big with a dedicated family room for us to chill and hang out separate than the living room and dining room. Lastly, we each got a comfortable room and bathroom amenities and there were also extras of everything. Would highly recommend.

I strongly recommend Jane as a host and also her listing. Everything was amazing while we have a wonderful experience for getaway vacation for our family. Even though it was a last minute trips, everything turn out right and beyond our expectations for fix to our need for variety peoples from children to elderly. What a wonderful home away from home for families! A spacious, modern, well-appointed home with countless touches of comfort and amenities that will make anyone's stay pleasant and effortless. To top it off, Jane is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need for their stay. The place is advertised as having a spa and pool - The spa heater took about an hour every day to figure out what to reset to start to heat up, and the pool was not heated at all, which is not what was hoped for from the advertisement. We had really looked forward to using the pool but it was too cold. I mean, we had a "polar plunge" at night from the hot tub after I finally got that heated, but that is it. Otherwise, the place was clean, easy to get to all the beaches, and all that.

Jane’s place is as nice as the pictures. There was plenty of space to spread out, but we still felt close enough. We look forward to coming again.

Jane's place is awesome and she's an amazing host! The first thing that strikes you when you walk in is how very well organized the house is - I mean, there's labels for everything and super clear instructions for everything from check-in to using the hot tub. The place was spacious enough for 3 families (total of 9 people + 1 dog) to hang out together while still having our own private space. The bedrooms had different configurations that gave us flexibility of choice based on the needs of each family. The location is great and it's not too far of a drive from Hearst Castle, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach or Paso Robles. Atascadero was just the right size - not too big as to be crowded and not too small as to not have options for eating/entertainment. Lastly, Jane is super proactive and responsive! Couldn't have asked for a better stay - everyone loved it!

Jane was a fantastic host, super communicative and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were in town celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday and needed a spot with room for six people to both be together and apart - we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to either spread out or to come together to play board games or spend time in the pool and hot tub. Spacious, neat, well thought out - it’s a great Airbnb! Would definitely come back (in fact my husband is already talking about coming back for a couples trip soon!) And Atascadero is simply lovely. :-)

Great place to unwind and rest. The house has plenty of room for everyone to have there own space. Kitchen drawers are labeled so you know where things are. We loved that there are two rooms with TVs, so our kids could be in one room watching their shows and we could be in the other room watching ours. The house was very clean and you can tell Jane takes pride in assuring it’s maintained. We had some issues with the hot tube and pool but Jane was very responsive and helpful and we were able to get it to work. We loved our week here and we will be staying here again.

This was the perfect place for 3 families to meet up. Instructions for check-in, how to use the pool & jacuzzi, etc., were all very simple & clear. When we couldn't find something the first night, I messaged Jane and she got back to me immediately. We had everything we needed to make meals at the house and everything in the kitchen was so clearly labeled that it was easy to find items & where to put them away. Overall it was a great house & stay for us!

Nice place to stay -- good amount of space. Pool was a lot of fun. Some trouble with the air conditioner which was tough because it was 90 degrees outside, but the pool helped with that. Would stay here again.

The house was great, it fit our large family perfectly. We had plenty of room and the rooms were versatile enough to fit our wide range of family, from 6 weeks old to 97 years old! Home was clean and the whole stay was a breeze thanks to great directions from Jane!

We had such a great stay in this house. You can find anything you need there: the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen is so well equipped and organized ( I loved the labels on the cupboards and drawers), the exterior is well furnished too and the kids loved the 4 in a row giant game. The only missing thing would maybe be a bbq. The pool and spa are really large and we enjoyed them ( my daughters even used the pool without heating it). Central location to get to a lot of different places around: San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach, Pismo beach, Morro Rock …

Jane was an excellent host! Her location was very organized, clean and stocked with all the amenities you would need! She messaged me within the hour and was very clear and communicative throughout our stay when I had a question or concern. We accidentally locked a bathroom door and she offered to bring a handyman in within a couple hours. I would recommend her Airbnb to anyone!

Great house for groups and families. We had a toddler in our group and the house was very kid-friendly with child-size table and chairs, plates, etc. Very clean and photos/description were accurate. The bed are really comfortable (I even asked Jane for the mattress brand we liked it so much!) Jane was very responsive and accommodating. We’d love to stay here for another trip!

What a wonderful house! Tons of bed space for larger groups. There’s also a huge hot tub! The kitchen was big enough to cook for a big group, and plenty of space to hang out!

Jane must be the most responsive, nicest airbnb host. The house is impeccably clean and well stocked. We cooked all our meals there & slept well. We also made use of the hot tub every night. We had a full house- 11 people but the house was spacious enough to make all of us feel comfortable. It is also a short distance to the wineries & beaches that we explored that weekend.
