The countertops in the kitchen need much attention. The sink needs to be replace replaced. It looked dirty and stained the stove needs attention regarding the knobs, and the place was dusty on some surfaces, like the dining room table when we wiped it with Clorox wipes it was very dirty. The washer had an odor, but that’s an ongoing problem with most front loaded washer. I did enjoy my time there and my family also.

We had fantastic stay overall. The host Jane’s was attentive without being intrusive, the property was in excellent condition, and everything worked exactly as expected. Definitely we can stay again !!!

James place was the perfect weekend getaway for my family to host my husbands 50th. Beautiful home plenty of space n things to do the pickleball court was a plus! We had a pickleball theme n everyone loved it! Will love to come back for our next event.

Really nice stay overall. The place looked exactly like the photos and was clean and well kept. Everything was set up properly and it felt comfortable right away. You can tell the host takes care of the property. Communication was easy and quick whenever needed. No issues during the stay at all. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Communication was smooth, and they were fair and flexible during the booking process, which we really appreciated. There was a small issue with the exterior power near the pool area, but we reached out and they handled it quickly and efficiently. Everything was resolved without any problems. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend this property.

We had an incredible stay at Jane’s place. The space is HUGE and was perfect for hosting my men’s retreat. We wanted somewhere we could go deep, get loud when the moment called for it, and not worry about bothering anyone. This spot gave us exactly that. We made full use of everything. Karaoke nights in the game room. Workouts on the pickleball court. Late night conversations by the fireplace. Hot tub resets under the stars. It had the space and the vibe to hold it all. If you’re looking for somewhere private, expansive, and versatile for a group experience, this is it. Grateful for the stay.

Place is beautiful in a beautiful location. Spent the weekend here with family and friends . Dining lights wouldn’t turn on when we arrived and she immediately sent handyman to fix it. Very good communication . Wish it wasn’t winter time coz we could have also enjoyed the beautiful pool. The Pickle ball court and hot tub was really nice .

This was a fantastic location to spend Thanksgiving with 4 generations present. Lots of fun stuff to do outside, and beautiful and comfortable inside spaces. Love the big kitchen with double fridges and double dishwashers, which is so necessary for this many people. The surrounding area is much more scenic than I expected. Loved just being outside enjoying the vistas.

Pickleball, pool, hot tub, and pool table were all nice. The bad - couldn't get into house for 40 minutes. The code for the keypad that I was given didn't work and the code for the lockbox also did not work. The ugly - When we checked in, there were several spots on the floor and carpet that were wet and you could see water damage to the ceiling. On our 2nd night there, it rained and the leaks came back (in 4 locations). Leaks were coming through the light fixtures, which is a safety hazard. And we had to use a large bowl to catch the water (and empty it 2x). The bathroom sink had a leak, the shower in the game room had a frog in it (no joke), and the game room floor was covered with a bunch of small bugs. We still had a fun time, but dealing with all the house issues dampened the experience.

We had a family trip at Jane’s house with 8 adults and 7 kids. It fit everyone comfortable and has plenty of options to entertain the kids. Communication and working with Jane was a pleasure and the label g around the house made it easy to find stuff. I recommend this house for any large groups looking for a quiet place to stay.

We did have a little hiccup with the stove top as there were 8 stove top but only 3 were working and we love to cook. Fortunately one of my friends were able to fix 2 of them. Our stay in Lodi was so much fun! The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and amenities. Jane was very responsive through the entire process and made things very easy! We could not get the heat to work and there was someone there within the hour who was able to fix it. We were really excited about the outdoor space and although it rained most of the weekend, we had a little bit of time to enjoy the hot tub, pool and pickle ball court! Bokisch was also an unexpected happy surprise that is walkable from the property. We are already talking about going back again! I highly recommend Jane’s house for a vacation away!

Gorgeous, isolated chateau surrounded by Lodi Wine country. Home was large, spacious, and immaculate. Well appointed home even with separate wine and champagne glasses!! Dream kitchen, and even in the bunk-room there were high end memory foam beds. Backyard was spectacular with poor, spa, and pickleball court all in good working order. Fire pit and covered al-fresco dining area were bonuses! Among the best places I have stayed, and I have rented >20 homes over the last few years….

Everything was perfect, there was a little chlorine issue with the pool, I contacted Jane and within minutes a pool technician was there serviced the pool he said give it a few we did, and we were swimming

Jane and co-hosts always responded so quickly, and were so accommodating. The home was large enough for 14 of us, and were totally comfortable. It was super clean and loved how everything was labeled in the house, made everything super easy to find :) My kids had a wonderful time in the pool and on the pickleball court. Jane and co-hosts always responded so quickly, and were so accommodating. The home was large enough for 14 of us, and were totally comfortable. It was super clean and loved how everything was labeled in the house, made everything super easy to find :) My kids had a wonderful time in the pool and on the pickleball court. This was exactly what we were looking for, for our little mini staycation. Thank you so much!!

The home was nicely kept and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of things like the kitchen tools. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying again.

Jane is a wonderful host- very responsive and checked in during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. And it went smoothly! We didn’t get to enjoy the pool and pickleball court during the first day (due to rain), but the kiddos found plenty to do in the game room. It helped that everything was properly organized and labeled especially the kitchen. One side note and not a negative one - some of the beds were firm/hard for any guests with certain bedding preferences. We highly recommend the place and would happily return in the future.

The communication from before we got there to leaving was great the whole time, the house was clean and beautiful and very peaceful all time of day would for sure come back and recommend

We loved all the amenities. Nice and private home in the middle of grape farms. Pickle ball court was huge plus for our group. Kitchen is well equipped and all the bedrooms were very spacious. Highly recommend for large groups.

Beautiful home! My group and I spent this past weekend in Jane’s home for a team building retreat. The house and amenities were all accurately depicted in the listing. We had more than enough space to accomplish our activities which were a mixture of very active and more mental activities. Pickleball was a hit! Both Jane and her assistant Belle were very responsive. I appreciate their transparency throughout the entire process. It gave me so much peace of mind through out the entire experience, which allowed me to just enjoy my time with my group. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jane's home and it met all expectations! The estate itself was private and spacious, with plenty of room for our entire group to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed the pickleball court and game room. Jane was also proactive about reaching out when we experienced a problem with the hot tub, which we were able to resolve. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental home to anyone looking for a getaway.

The stay was incredible. One of the nicest airbnb my guests and I have been to. They kept everything clean, supplied us with everything we would need to feel at home. Plenty of beds and some might say it was better than their beds at home. Plenty of space to for activities and I do really wish we could book again during the summer, to enjoy the pool. Must say the place was 5 stars! They communicated fast/clear which made it an easy check in and easy to find the property! I definitely recommend others to check this place out. A great price for the home! Thank you for the amazing stay :)

Kids loved the game room, pickle-ball court, hot tub. Pool as mentioned in the description was on the colder side due to the November weather. Overall a great property and everyone in our group loved it and would want to visit again.

We had a blast playing pickle ball, getting into the hot tub, barbecuing, and so many other activities. This place has something for everyone. The kitchen is gorgeous and very well stocked. I don’t think I’ve cooked in a better kitchen. Everything was labeled as well so if you needed a cutting board you wouldn’t need to go digging. The host’s attention to detail is superb. She was also very friendly and accommodating. My family was so impressed with this beautiful property. One of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. I cannot wait to come back. 10/10 would recommend. 😊
