To help us provide a seamless experience, every guest who books with us will receive a link to sign an Occupancy Agreement. This agreement must be signed before your check-in date; otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled, and we will not be able to provide a refund. To ensure the security and accuracy of your booking, we will also need a photo ID from the person making the reservation.
CHECK-IN PROCESS
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to provide a selfie holding a valid ID and the credit card used for booking. Please ensure that the name on the ID matches the name on the credit card. For your privacy, you are welcome to black out sensitive information such as your driver's license number or other personal details—we only require the name and photo on the ID.
Additionally, we require a credit card on file and a refundable damage deposit of $250. This deposit will be fully returned to you as long as there are no damages or incidental cleaning charges.
