Welcome to our newly renovated, charming, 3 bedroom home in Downtown Lodi that sleeps up to 6. Just a few blocks from the wineries, restaurants, and shops in Downtown Lodi, there is no better place to explore the city than from our home.
Please note that this listing is just for the downstairs unit of a larger 5 bedroom, 2 story home. The upstairs unit will be locked so both units will be completely private.

Our location is unbeatable! Not many homes are situated as close to Downtown Lodi as we are where you can immerse yourself in the vibrant local energy. Walk to your favorite wineries, breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, wine festivals, farmers markets, etc without worrying about driving or parking. Please note that there is no garage parking but plenty of street parking around the home.

There are three bedrooms downstairs. Each bedroom has plush new mattresses and comfortable bedding ensuring a perfect night's rest.

KITCHEN:
We have a fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up your favorite breakfast or cook a family dinner meal while enjoying some local wine. Please note that the home does not have a dishwasher, but we provide a dish sponge, dish soap, and a drying rack.

The entire downstairs unit of our two story home. The upstairs area will be locked and completely separate. You will have full privacy of the downstairs area.
PETS:
We welcome up to two house-trained dogs for an additional $150 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when the owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.
SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied.
Please be aware that in California, falsely claiming a pet as a service animal is a criminal misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and/or up to six months in jail.
RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it's not a same day booking.
Extra Guest Policy: We allow up to 2 additional overnight guests for $50/night per person. Important: We only provide beds and linens for up to 6 guests. Any additional guests beyond this number will need to bring their own bedding/sleeping arrangements.
