- All sleeping areas are equipped with individual mini-split systems, allowing guests to control their own temperature for a comfortable night’s sleep

The entire home
PETS:
We welcome up to two house-trained dogs for an additional $150 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should not be left at home without the owner. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.
SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied.
RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it's not a same day booking.

House was awesome, very spacious and accommodating for 11 people. Jane was very responsive when asking for assistance with the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again

Everything was great! The place was clean and had a sauna that we used and a game room that was cool. I wished the hot-tub was clean there was a lot of foam in the hot-tub not sure if that’s normal or not. But the sauna was great and everything was great! Except there were millipedes but those are harmless and can’t be helped. The only thing that really bothered us was the hot water which ran out quick - even though the place accommodates 14 people, the place ran out of hot water after 2 showers.

Unfortunately this stay was very disappointing. The issues affected us throughout our entire visit. We couldn’t check in until nearly an hour after the promised 4pm check in because the cleaning crew was still there. Upon arrival, one bed had what appeared to be blood on the bedding while another smelled strongly of someone else’s perfume. We had to change the bedding ourselves. The hot tub was emptied and extremely dirty when we arrived so it was unusable the first night. Around 2:30am the following morning, the smoke detectors throughout the house began repeatedly beeping, disrupting our sleep. These were not isolated minor inconveniences. There were issues throughout the stay that significantly affected our ability to enjoy the property. The property has potential but the cleanliness, preparation and management need significant improvement. Based on our experience we would not stay here again.

The house, Birch Modern, was big, spacious, and airy! It was perfect for our family for the three days that we hung out there! The game room, hot tub, board games, great AC, and the smart screens for every corner of the house, really kept us busy to the point that we really didn’t feel the need to go to any of the local attractions! Jane and her team were very responsive and generous!

I don't have enough good things to say about this house! We have been burnt in the past with airbnb's but this was one of our best experiences. Firstly, the house is stunning, truly as beautiful as it looks in the photos, maybe more! My kids didnt want to leave the game room, the games were excellent not a pc missing or detail missed! We esp loved that the garage doors open to bring in sunlight & fresh air while playing. The house has no smell at all, is impeccably clean and well kept. Btwn the relaxing living room, epic game room, hot tub & covered porch with inviting eating space and outdoor furniture (replete with gas firepit!) there was no need to go anywhere! This home is close to the road but it's a very quiet private neighborhood with only an occasional car passing by. Bdrms were beautiful, cozy & inviting, & stunning decor! Jane and her team were so helpful and communicative from the beginning, anything we reached out about was addressed immediately. We would def stay again!
