Our group had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was very kid friendly as well as they had a high chair, kids books, kids bowls, etc which made it very easy for us with families. The pool and hot tub was great, and the game room was fun. There was plenty of room for us to sleep as some rooms had bunk beds and trundles! The hosts were very responsive as well so that was very much appreciated.

We booked this place completely last minute as the rental we already had was canceled on us by another host an hour and a half before check in. Jane responded quickly to booking request as well as any other time I reached out. We loved the house so much we added 3 extra nights onto our reservation. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space throughout. Got to see lots of wildlife right outside the house. Would definitely stay here again!

This property has real potential — beautiful setting near Yosemite, spacious for a group, and the location works well for park access. However, several amenities were misrepresented or non-functional. One bedroom had no working cooling during summer heat, the grill was unusable, the deck was neglected, the outdoor fire pit was overgrown with weeds and grass, and the trash compactor was out of order. There was also a poop in bathroom odor issue on arrival and a stair safety concern worth flagging. we raised these with the host. For the price point, guests should expect listed amenities to actually work. If the host addresses these issues, the place could genuinely earn a strong rating — the space itself has a lot going for it. For now, go in with eyes open and verify key amenities before your trip. We ultimately sought a refund through Airbnb which the host agreed to.
