BEDROOMS:
The home has two comfortable bedrooms.
- King Bedroom: Two Twin XL beds have been put together to form roughly the size of a King Bed.
- Queen Bedroom: A queen bed with a desk/vanity.
KITCHEN / DINING:
Our kitchen is equipped with all your basic cooking needs including a keurig machine with some coffee pods. We also have a separate pantry for those planning longer stays. Our dining table can seat six people.
LIVING ROOM:
Step into our modern living room with a 65" SmartTV and high-speed WiFi ensure entertainment and connectivity are at your fingertips.
GARAGE:
We provide one covered garage parking spot. There is also plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
This is a three bedroom home that is occasionally rented as two units. Your unit is the front 2 bed / 1 bath unit and the back unit is a studio / 1 bath. In between both units is a shared laundry room. Details on how to use the shared laundry area will be provided prior to check in.

You'll have private access to the front part of the main house, which includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The laundry room, located between your unit and the back studio unit, is shared.
PETS:
We welcome up to two house-trained dogs for an additional $150 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when the owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.
SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied.
Please be aware that in California, falsely claiming a pet as a service animal is a criminal misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and/or up to six months in jail.
RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it's not a same day booking.
