Our Studio is a special haven, tucked away 50 yards back from the street, offering a secluded and quiet retreat. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the full-sized high-end kitchen appliances to the furniture, bedding, cookware, towels, and hardwood floors. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.
The 12" thick Queen memory foam bed ensures your comfort, and the coffee table in the living area is versatile, lifting up to form a cozy eating space for two or a convenient workspace.

You will have exclusive access to the entire private Duplex Studio, including the living/dining area, sleeping area, full kitchen with full-sized stainless appliances.
Please note that the laundry room is shared with the studio next door. This unit is part of a duplex with two attached Cottage Studios.
PETS:
We welcome up to two house-trained dogs for an additional $125 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when the owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.
SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied.
Please be aware that in California, falsely claiming a pet as a service animal is a criminal misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and/or up to six months in jail.
RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it's not a same day booking.

I did a long term stay for about 5 months. Jane was extremely helpful and communicative the entire time. The place is small but cozy. Lots of privacy despite the entire house lot being rented out. Aside from the bed, I wouldn't say the furniture is the most comfy. It's hard to work a full day on the desk / couch but if you are just looking for a place to sleep then you should have no issue. I had no issue with parking despite having no designated parking (stree parking does make your car very dusty though. I had to get bi-weekly car washes). The place is dog friendly which I really appreciated. There is a park around 3 blocks away that is very dog friendly (but again, the area is very dusty so dog required frequent baths). Overall, aside from the minor nits, I enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again!

This studio is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. It is clean, free of clutter, had new appliances, and is in a great neighborhood. It was quiet at night, but also close enough to shops, restaurants, and downtown San Jose. Jane was an amazing host as well. She always responded to me very quickly (never for any complaints, only to extend my stay!) and was friendly each time. I’m definitely going to be booking this studio again in the future.

This studio is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. It is clean, free of clutter, had new appliances, and is in a great neighborhood. It was quiet at night, but also close enough to shops, restaurants, and downtown San Jose. Jane was an amazing host as well. She always responded to me very quickly (never for any complaints, only to extend my stay!) and was friendly each time. I’m definitely going to be booking this studio again in the future.

Perfect place to stay near San Jose downtown and airport. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It is cozy and well furnitured inside. I’ve stayed for 10 nights and had everything for a comfort stay.
