The house was wonderful! It is spacious, clean, and has a great layout. We loved the pool and outside space. Jane was super responsive and helpful every time we had a question. The location of the house is great for visiting in the quaint Atascadero town, and also driving to SLO, Avila Beach, and Morro Bay.

House rental with Hotel Service! The first night we accidentally locked the bathroom door. At 9PM the maintenance guy came to unlock it! We wanted fire wood. They delivered the next morning!! Great place, great service, beautiful home! Very smartly decorated and set up. There were clear instructions for everything. The climate control worked great, as did everything else. TY for a great stay!

The Treehouse was a great place to stay! It was everything we hoped for and more. It was peaceful, beautiful and a great spot to get away. The house had so much character and charm in a unique way. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway but still close to great restaurants, Los Gatos and only a 20 minute drive to Santa Cruz.

Thus is the second time I’ve booked Jane’s place. My error, this time I booked and didn’t realize it was for the upstairs portion of the rental. I was there to have surgery in a couple days and texted her really early the first morning (around 5 am) letting her know that I messed up and would not be able to stay in the upstairs unit and was going to find hotel to stay in. She responded very quickly and offered the downstairs portion of the rental (which is larger) for only a small additional fee. Jane was responsive and accommodating. I would recommend her property.
