Very nice place very nice area I enjoyed my stay the check in was a lil crazy finding the key but I loved it great stay
We had an amazing stay at this house over New Year’s Eve. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made our stay even better. The host was extremely kind, sweet, friendly, and understanding. Although there was a short delay at check-in while the cleaners finished up, the host was very accommodating and generously offered us a complimentary late checkout until 2:00 PM instead of the original 10:00 AM, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the house was spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for our New Year’s celebration. We would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!
We enjoyed the property and all it has to offer. With the large living room windows we had great views of the surroundings and enjoyed seeing the birds and a family of deer. Both houses were very nicely decorated. There were plenty of beds for everyone in our family. We definitely would stay there again. Jane is polite and was very helpful before and during our stay.
The house is very spacious and well maintained. Kitchen is fully equipped, maybe need more wash/dry towels since we hand washed lots of kid's stuff by hands. The responses from owner is just amazing fast. She is very understanding & supportive. Always provided quick answer whenever we had questions. The neighborhood is very quiet. Kids enjoyed the hot tub most. The pool table was fun for adult in the game room. Having the extra family room separated at the corner is very useful so we can have some quiet time for movie when kids are playing games in the living room. We really enjoy this vacation home and surely will come again and highly recommend to friends.

This home is beautiful and the outdoors space are really appealing. However, there were several things that were sub-par during our stay: there were no indoor mats to wipe your feet on and during the rain and having a dog and toddler, this made for a very messy situation. The host was very responsive and ordered us extra towels but this wasn’t a great solution. Second, the front door has a dead bolt that would accidentally bolt when you closed the door from the outside which led us to get locked out a few times. Thankfully the same key worked on the side doors so we could still get in. Third, the thermostat was inconsistent and would stop working overnight. With a toddler this made us quite worried about how to ensure the temperature was appropriate and we ended up using space heaters to tide us over. Finally, there was a storm the last night and the power went out and a painting in the kitchen crashed down overnight. It really shocked us but thankfully nothing was broken.
Our stay was wonderful for an early Christmas celebration with lots of room for everyone.

This is a treasure in the heart of the Silicon Valley. We wanted something special for a few days where we could also be close to friends and family. Jane’s Treehouse was a perfect choice. The redwood trees surrounding the home make stress evaporate. Jane and her teammates pay meticulous attention to detail, and they are incredibly responsive. It will be a go-to venue for visiting friends and family, or when we just want to decompress and not wander too far from home.
Great place, except for the presence of dirt under pillows/sheets on two beds in the guest house. Was frustrating as we weren't able to see the dirt until bedtime. Seemed like a one-off issue, as there weren't any other issues, and was resolved as soon as possible given that no one was available during Thanksgiving day.
