We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind and her responses were always super fast. She went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and made sure our children felt right at home. The house itself was so cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended for families!

Beautiful home with excellent communication throughout our stay. It was the perfect place for our group ski trip, and the ample parking was a huge plus. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Everything at this house is perfectly thought out and setup. We came with a group of 14 and the house felt us extremely comfortably. We even had a dining table large enough for all of us to have meals together. Jane was incredibly responsive, we had a quick snafu with hot tub temperature and sauna and she was quick to respond and fix the issue with helpful solutions. Loved this house and all the fun amenities for the families and kids. Hope to be back in summer to experience it in a diff season!

Pros: -beautiful location -well decorated -kitchen equipped for cooking//baking -clean -comfy beds -responsive host and cleaning crew -hot tub! Cons -small maintenance issues: light bulb changes needed, towel rod loose, electrical covers loose -the spiral stairs leading down to the second level feel a little dangerous because they’re small (still really cool but be cautious) -master bedroom needed new sheets -outdoor furniture was very dirty, so we didn’t get to use it :( Location: Los Gatos has nature reserves and a pretty downtown area to go to shops, get coffee, and it’s about 20-ish minutes from San Jose. About an hour from San Francisco if you wanted to do a day trip there. Overall I would book again, especially if the con list is worked on. :)

The home has a great location, comfortable bedrooms, and enjoyable on-site activities. The only drawback was the noise level monitor, which indicated elevated noise while we were reportedly outdoors and loud; however, we were inside the home and speaking at normal indoor volume. This was unexpected and somewhat confusing. Beside the mishap host was very prompt and helpful throughout of stay. Some equipment in the home needed to be fixed and host sent a handy man right away.

Great place to stay for large groups! Both houses combined are gorgeous, incredibly spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 24., plenty of towels, toiletries, and even great playing equipment for the kids. The hosts were very responsive and supportive.
